This agreement is set to extend their collaborative commercial efforts, providing Wheels Up members with benefits like discounted Delta flights and enhanced Delta loyalty program perks. Additionally, it introduces new in-kind benefits to support joint sales and business operations. The agreement is initially valid until September 2029, with options to renew, and incorporates provisions for its termination under specific conditions. This strategic alliance underscores Delta’s significant stake in Wheels Up and their ongoing financial and operational relationship.
