Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. has fortified its Board of Directors by electing Rebecca Musser as a new independent director and member of the Audit Committee, effective August 8, 2024. Her term will extend until the 2025 annual stockholders meeting. Musser, deemed qualified under Nasdaq and SEC rules, will be compensated in line with the company’s non-employee director policies, without any additional financial dealings influencing her appointment.
