WH Smith PLC has announced that its capital comprises 130,912,453 ordinary shares with full voting rights, and notes that no shares are currently held in treasury. Shareholders are reminded they can use this share count as a basis for disclosing their interest or changes to it, in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
