The arrangement requires SK On to buy a set percentage of its anticipated annual needs from Westwater, with the option to increase purchases by mutual consent. This procurement agreement culminates in a substantial final year commitment of 10,000 metric tons, showcasing a robust partnership between the two entities in the materials sector.
