Westward Gold Inc. plans a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$800,000, offering 10 million units at C$0.08 each. The funds will support pre-drilling activities at their Toiyabe Hills Project and general working capital. Insider participation in the offering is expected, with certain exemptions applied.
