Westpac Banking Corporation has announced a new dividend distribution for their Capital Note 3, with a payment of AUD 1.3313 per note, fully franked, to be paid on December 23, 2024. The distribution corresponds to a 5.3398% annual rate, calculated based on the 3-month BBSW Rate as of September 23, 2024, and a margin of 3.20%. Shareholders must be on record by December 13, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, with the ex-dividend date set for December 12, 2024.
