Pacific Bauxite Limited, operating under the name Western Yilgarn NL, announced the issue of 3,960,000 unquoted equity securities on June 21, 2024. These securities are options expiring on April 12, 2025, with an exercise price of $0.20 each. The securities, detailed in Appendix 3G, are not intended to be quoted on the ASX and were part of a transaction previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B.
