Western Uranium (TSE:WUC) has released an update.
Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. has successfully concluded its Annual General and Special Meeting, with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions including the expansion of the board and re-election of directors. Shareholders also re-appointed MNP LLP as the company’s auditor and endorsed the board’s ability to set their remuneration. Following the meeting, key executive positions were re-confirmed, and the board of directors underwent a reorganization to align with best practices.
