Western Star Resources, Inc. (TSE:WSR) has released an update.
Western Star Resources Inc., a mineral exploration and development company, announced a share consolidation that will take effect on March 25, 2024, with each new common share replacing seven pre-consolidation shares. Following the consolidation, the total issued and outstanding common shares will be adjusted to 2,932,762. Shareholders will receive instructions on exchanging their share certificates or DRS statements for new ones reflecting the change.
