Western Copper (TSE:WRN) has released an update.
Western Copper and Gold Corporation has entered into an underwriting agreement to sell over 21 million shares at C$1.90 each, aiming to raise approximately C$40 million. The deal also includes an over-allotment option for underwriters to purchase an additional 15% of shares to cover over-allotments and stabilize the market. Underwriters will receive a 5% fee from the gross proceeds of the offering, with certain investors being directly sold shares without the underwriters’ suitability review.
