Western Alliance Expands Board with Three New Directors

Western Alliance (WAL) just unveiled an update.

Western Alliance Bancorporation has expanded its Board to sixteen directors with the immediate appointments of Greta Guggenheim, Christopher A. Halmy, and Mary Chris Jammet. They will serve until the 2024 annual stockholders meeting on June 12, where they will be up for election. Their roles span various committees, including Risk, Audit, Finance and Investment, and Compensation, and they will also join the Board of Western Alliance Bank. Their appointments are independent of any external arrangements and they will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors.
