Western Alaska Minerals Corp has successfully completed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$2.6 million by issuing over 4 million Units at C$0.65 each, with a total raise of C$8.7 million. The funds will support the company’s 2024 exploration program, including new drilling targets identified last year. The offering included significant participation from parties related to the company, which was conducted in accordance with regulatory exemptions.
