Westar Director’s Stake Surges Post-Approval

Westar Resources Ltd. (AU:WSR) has released an update.

Westar Resources Ltd. has notified the ASX of a significant change in director Ben Donovan’s interests, with an acquisition of 749,517 ordinary shares at $0.01 each through an indirect interest via Elohim Nominees Pty Ltd. This transaction, part of a Tranche 2 placement following shareholder approval, has increased Donovan’s indirect holdings to 1,996,902 ordinary shares, maintaining his options and performance rights.
