West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. has announced an extension for the closing of its private placement offering until May 10, 2024. The terms of the offering, which aims to further the development of its Record Ridge magnesium deposit in British Columbia, remain unchanged. The extension is subject to regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
