West High Yield (W.H.Y.) Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $143,575.05 through the issuance of 435,076 Units at $0.33 each. Proceeds will fund the company’s drilling program, permitting process, and general operations, including its environmentally-conscious Record Ridge magnesium project in British Columbia.
