Ltd. reported strong shareholder support at its Annual General Meeting, with all director nominees elected with high approval rates and key resolutions passed with overwhelming favor. The company achieved an 83.24% turnout of votes and shareholders also endorsed the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor and approved the executive compensation approach.
