West China Cement Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.023 per share for the 2023 financial year, with the dividend payable in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0983, translating to HKD 0.0253 per share. Shareholders’ approval for the dividend is set for 24 May 2024, with the ex-dividend date on 29 May 2024 and payment date scheduled for 31 July 2024.
