West African Resources Ltd has announced a significant change in Director Richard Hyde’s interest in the company. Hyde has acquired 1,035,354 new performance rights, across various classes with differing conditions and expiry dates, but has not disposed of any of his previous holdings, maintaining his 15,864,297 ordinary shares and other pre-existing performance rights.
