West African Resources Ltd (AU:WAF) has released an update.
Nigel Arthur Spicer, a director at West African Resources Limited, has sold 20,000 of his ordinary shares at a price of $27,000, reducing his holding to 76,151 shares. The transaction took place on the market and didn’t involve any performance rights, which remain at 30,906, vested and set to expire on 16 February 2025. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring written clearance.
