Wenye Group Delays New Share Issuance Date

Wenye Group Holdings Limited (HK:1802) has released an update.

Wenye Group Holdings Limited has announced a further extension of the long stop date for the proposed issue of new shares and connected transactions, moving the deadline from October 14, 2024, to November 14, 2024. This extension, agreed upon with the Subscribers, is to allow additional time to meet the prerequisite conditions. Apart from this extension, all other terms of the Subscription Agreements remain in effect without changes.
