Wenye Group Holdings Limited has appointed Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as its new auditor following the resignation of its former auditor, ZHONGHUI ANDA. The Board and Audit Committee of Wenye Group believe Beijing Xinghua is well-qualified for the role, considering various factors including their industry experience, technical competence, and knowledge of Hong Kong’s listing rules. The new auditor will hold office until the next annual general meeting, with the Board welcoming Beijing Xinghua into its corporate fold.
