Wellfully Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting with all resolutions passed by a clear majority through a poll, including the adoption of the 2023 Remuneration Report and the election of directors David Wheeler, Timothy Slate, and John Forrester. The appointment of Moore Australia Audit (WA) was also confirmed, indicating strong shareholder support for the proposed board and auditor appointments.
