Wellfully Limited has announced the appointment of Tim Slate as a director on April 26, 2024. According to the initial director’s interest notice, Slate currently holds no registered securities but does have an indirect interest in the company through 1,064,553 fully paid ordinary shares owned by T Slate Nominees Pty Ltd. The notice, which is a standard regulatory requirement, provides transparency about the director’s financial stake in the company.
