According to the initial director’s interest notice, Slate currently holds no registered securities but does have an indirect interest in the company through 1,064,553 fully paid ordinary shares owned by T Slate Nominees Pty Ltd. The notice, which is a standard regulatory requirement, provides transparency about the director’s financial stake in the company.
