Wellfield Technologies Inc. spins out its subsidiary, Tradewind Markets Inc., which specializes in digitizing gold ownership and trading using blockchain technology, to merge with Leonovus Inc. in a Reverse Take-Over, resulting in Tradewind becoming a leader in accessible digital gold trading. The newly formed entity will introduce innovative DeFi services and has the strategic support from Wellfield to bolster its growth in the digital gold market.
