Weihai City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has announced that Mr. Lu Jiliang is now fully qualified as the company secretary under the Listing Rules, without needing further waivers. Following a three-year waiver period, the Bank has confirmed with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited that Mr. Lu meets all necessary qualifications. To ensure high standards of corporate governance, Mr. Lu will continue to work alongside Ms. Tam Pak Yu, Vivien, as joint company secretaries.
