Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. has reached a full and final settlement over the alleged defects in the Mega@Woodlands development, as announced on July 26, 2024. The settlement, which follows a mediation process, resolves all claims and disputes with no significant impact on the Group’s financials for the year. Shareholders can breathe easy as the settlement will not materially affect the company’s consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share.
