Webstep AS (DE:5ZF) has released an update.
Webstep ASA has announced the exercise of 218,690 options under its long-term incentive program, leading to a share capital increase by the same amount. This action, supported by a resolution from the board of directors, is in line with the authorization from the general meeting on 16 May 2024. The new share capital, set to be registered soon, will total NOK 28,187,668, reflecting an equal number of shares.
