Webjet Limited has formally announced via an ASX filing that director Katrina Barry ceased her position with the company on June 24, 2024. The notice, known as Appendix 3Z, also states that Barry did not hold any notifiable interests in the company’s securities at the time she stepped down. This update provides investors with compliance information regarding changes in the company’s directorship.
