Web Travel Group Limited, previously known as Webjet Limited, has issued a final director’s interest notice indicating that Don Clarke ceased to be a director of the company as of September 30, 2024. The notice reveals that Clarke held no registered securities, but had an interest in 75,038 fully paid ordinary shares through Soldon Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Clarke Super Fund Account.
