WD-40 Company’s Brazilian subsidiary has acquired Theron Marketing Ltda., the sole distributor of WD-40 products in Brazil for 27 years, in a $6.9 million cash-for-stock deal. The agreement, which includes additional terms such as escrow accounts, indemnity insurance, and non-competition clauses, paves the way for WD-40’s strengthened presence in the Brazilian market. The company will disclose further details of the acquisition in its upcoming quarterly results.
