Waypoint REIT Ltd. has announced a significant change in the interests of director Hadyn James Stephens, who has acquired 256,063 Performance Rights as part of the 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting. Following this change, Stephens holds a total of 217,578 Performance Rights from the 2023 LTIP, among other securities, signaling a strengthened alignment with the company’s long-term performance.
