Wayfair Inc. has announced a major leadership transition, with COO Thomas Netzer stepping down at the end of 2024 after significantly enhancing the company’s logistics and cost-efficiency. Effective January 2025, the Chief Commercial Officer, Jon Blotner, will assume the role of President, Commercial and Operations, aiming to further integrate customer and supplier functions with supply chain capabilities.
