WAY 2 VAT LTD has disclosed a change in Director Robert Edgley’s interests, reporting a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.011 each, which now increases his direct holdings to 4,462,565 shares. Edgley maintains indirect interests through 1,000,000 options at AUD $0.30 and another 1,000,000 at AUD $0.40, both sets expiring in September 2025. The acquisition was made through an on-market share purchase, as required to be reported under listing rules and the Corporations Act.
