Wavestone Announces Dividend and Board Updates

Wavestone (FR:WAVE) has released an update.

Wavestone’s shareholders have approved a €0.38 per share dividend, which is consistent with the previous year and represents 16% of the net profit, to be paid on August 2, 2024. The Mixed General Assembly also appointed Graciana Petersen to the Board of Directors for her expertise in strategic consulting and approved the renewal of Marie-Ange Verdickt as a Director. All proposed resolutions were passed except for the 27th, with details available on Wavestone’s website.
