Wave Life Sciences Ltd. shareholders, at their 2024 Annual General Meeting, have approved several key proposals, including the re-election of nine directors, the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as their auditor, and the compensation for non-employee directors. Additionally, they greenlit the expansion of the company’s equity incentive plan by an additional 5 million shares and authorized the directors to issue ordinary shares.
