Reash Pty Ltd, trading as The Watson Family Trust, has ceased to be a substantial holder in Yowie Group Limited as of April 26, 2024, following a series of on-market trades and the acceptance of a takeover offer. The most significant transaction involved the sale of over 28 million shares for a consideration of nearly one million dollars. No new associations were reported in relation to this change in shareholding.
