Waste Connections, Inc. has successfully priced a substantial public offering of C$500 million in 4.50% Senior Notes, set to mature in 2024, with an anticipated closing date of June 13, 2024. The company aims to generate approximately C$495 million in net proceeds, primarily intended to reduce its existing Canadian dollar-denominated credit facility debt. The offering is managed by CIBC Capital Markets, TD Securities, and Scotiabank, alongside other underwriters.
