Warpaint London (GB:W7L) has released an update.

Warpaint London PLC’s Managing Director of Retra, Matthew Goldstein, has exercised options and sold shares, marking a recent financial transaction within the company. On 19 September 2024, Goldstein exercised 110,000 options at 122 pence each and sold the shares on the same day for 543 pence per share. This financial activity comes as part of the company’s Share Incentive Scheme and contributes to the total voting rights count for shareholders, which currently stands at 77,742,723.
