Warabeya Nichiyo Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced the strategic closure of its Chiba and Omiya Plants to improve productivity and support sustainable growth within its domestic food products business. The closures are scheduled for the end of February 2025, with all affected employees to receive support through transfers within the group or assistance with reemployment. The financial impact of the closures has been incorporated into the company’s consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2025.
