Wang On Properties Limited has announced the resignation of Sr Dr. Leung Tony Ka Tung as an independent non-executive Director and his various committee roles, effective from 1 July 2024. Dr. Chan Ho Wah Terence will succeed him as the chairman of the Remuneration Committee. The company has expressed its appreciation for Dr. Leung’s contributions during his tenure.
