WAM Leaders Limited (AU:WLE) has released an update.
WAM Leaders Limited proposes an acquisition scheme whereby QVE Equities Limited shareholders can choose to receive new WAM Leaders shares, cash, or a combination as consideration. The final numbers of shares or cash amount will be calculated based on the Pre-tax NTA values on the day the scheme becomes legally binding, with indicative values showing a premium over recent QVE share prices. Shareholders are reminded that these values have not been adjusted for QVE’s recent dividends, which would increase the premiums offered.
