WAM Leaders Finalizes Acquisition of QV Equities

WAM Leaders Limited (AU:WLE) has released an update.

WAM Leaders Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of QV Equities Limited, with the latter being delisted from the ASX following the implementation of the agreed scheme. Shareholders of QV Equities have received their Cash Consideration or New WAM Leaders Shares, with trading of the new shares commencing shortly. The acquisition has also resulted in a reshuffle of QV Equities’ board of directors and company secretary.
