WAM Global Director Increases Shareholding

WAM Global Ltd. (AU:WGB) has released an update.

WAM Global Limited has disclosed a change in the holdings of director Kate Thorley as per ASX listing rules. Thorley has increased her direct interest in the company by acquiring 66 ordinary shares through a dividend reinvestment plan, now holding a total of 2,518 direct shares. The transaction, valued at $146.89, did not involve any disposals of shares and occurred outside of the company’s closed period.
