Wallbox Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Wallbox (WBX) has released an update.

Wallbox N.V., a prominent player in its sector, successfully conducted its annual general meeting (AGM) in June 2024 with robust shareholder participation and approval for all proposed resolutions. Shareholders backed the adoption of the annual accounts for the financial year 2023, the discharge of directors’ duties, and the reappointment of executive and non-executive directors, as well as the approval of the RSU Scheme and the authorization for the board to acquire shares. Additionally, Ernst & Young Accountants, LLP was reappointed as the external auditor for the financial year 2024.
