The company is now facing non-compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing requirements concerning independent non-executive directors and is seeking suitable candidates to fill the vacancies promptly. The Board has expressed gratitude to both Mr. Kwok and Mr. Lam for their contributions during their service.
