Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Kung Ying Tung as an independent non-executive Director (INED), effective from 25 July 2024. With extensive experience in accounting and financial management, Ms. Kung will also chair the audit committee and serve on both the nomination and remuneration committees. Her appointment brings the company into compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules regarding board composition.
