Wacom Co. has announced the acquisition of 228,100 shares of its common stock for a total of 157,426,200 Japanese yen through open market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This purchase is part of a larger plan approved by the company’s Board of Directors to acquire up to 4 million shares by January 2025, aiming to spend up to 2 billion yen.
