Wacoal Holdings Corp. has resolved to transfer the land of its former Fukuoka Office, moving towards an ‘asset light’ strategy in line with its revised medium-term management plan. The undisclosed transferee is a domestic business corporation with no prior ties to Wacoal. The transaction, which includes a 3,367 square meter land parcel, is scheduled for August 27, 2024, and while the financial details are not disclosed, the transfer is expected to yield a profit from the sale.
