WA1 Resources Ltd has announced the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd as its new auditor following a restructure at BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd. The outgoing auditor’s resignation has been approved by ASIC, and the change will be subject to shareholder confirmation at WA1’s next Annual General Meeting. The Perth-based company, listed on the ASX since February 2022, aims to uncover major deposits in Western Australia and has a track record of exploration in the region’s remote areas.
