WA Kaolin Ltd. Substantial Holder’s Voting Power Dilutes

WA Kaolin Ltd. (AU:WAK) has released an update.

WA Kaolin Ltd. reports a change in substantial holding by Century Horse Limited (CHL Group) and Mr Cheng-Chen Hu, with their combined voting power in WA Kaolin decreasing to 12.2% following a company placement on July 30, 2024. Despite the number of held shares remaining unchanged at 63,567,618, the dilution resulted from an increase in total WA Kaolin shares on issue.
